We have an open position for Greenfield Central High School students enrolled in the work-release program only! This is a part-time position between 8am-5pm. Hours are flexible and we will work with your school schedule.
Novelty, Inc. is a multi-channel product development company that designs high impulse items and sells them directly to our customers. Novelty prides itself on developing the coolest merchandise and then building sales models that help retailers market the product.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and hard-working individual who can work with little supervision for a Data Entry & Customer Service position.

Novelty Inc. is currently seeking an Over-The-Road CDL Class A driver to join our team.
Novelty, Inc. is a multi-channel product development company that designs high impulse items and sells them to Convenience Stores and Big Box Retailers. We have Route Sales Professionals across the country who rely on our drivers to deliver what they order to their storage units (we call them warehouses).
Job Description:
•Kenworth T680 Sleeper Cab w/ 48’ Trailer w/ Lift Gate
•Drivers leave out on Monday and, for the most part, are back by Friday/Saturday Morning latest (resets occur on Oregon and California runs).
•Deliver to various storage units across the nation using lift gate and pallet jack.
•Drivers average 5-7 stops per week (Stop pay = $40 per stop on top of mileage pay). Since it’s to storage units there generally is not a wait to get in / out.
•Mileage ranges based on routes (NE, NW, SE, or SW, or CH Robinson freight hauls)
•Paid Weekly: Annually our drivers are $80,000 - $90,000+ depending on miles driven.
Runs include:
· Greenfield, IN to NW States (Oregon is furthest away) - **will need reset**
· Greenfield, IN to SW States (California is furthest away) - **will need reset**
· Greenfield, IN to SE States (Florida is furthest away)
· Greenfield, IN to NE States (Connecticut is furthest away)
. We also have freight runs via CH Robinson
Requirements:
•Valid Class A drivers’ license w/ ability to pass renewal license.
•Clean driving record
