We have an open position for Greenfield Central High School students enrolled in the work-release program only!  This is a part-time position between 8am-5pm.  Hours are flexible and we will work with your school schedule.  

Novelty, Inc. is a multi-channel product development company that designs high impulse items and sells them directly to our customers.  Novelty prides itself on developing the coolest merchandise and then building sales models that help retailers market the product.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and hard-working individual who can work with little supervision for a Data Entry & Customer Service position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to follow instructions carefully
  • Assisting with updating and maintaining the Novelty Shopify website
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail
  • Data entry
  • Assist with customer service-related tasks, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient with MS office applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint are a plus - but training will be provided

Sales/Account Representative

SALES POSTION - REMOTE WITH FREEDOM TO SELL ANYWHERE!

Novelty Inc. is a company that makes trendy impulse products, and we sell them to convenience stores and big box retailers from coast to coast. We are currently looking for a Sales/Account Representative to come on board and help us expand our sales. We are looking for someone that can bring our business to their current book of business, identify and contact potential customers, build relationships and grow sales. If you are a person that wants to sell FUN products... this position is for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Current contacts we can get our foot in the door and start making sales
  • Ability to maintain existing business and prospect new customers
  • Attend trade shows and client meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
  • Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to travel when necessary
  • Experience in DSD sales or C-store sales is a plus
