Route Sales Professional

Location:

We are seeking a Route Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and delivering products to various customers a designated route in the NH/VT area. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Drive to customer locations to deliver products and facilitate the sales process.
- Develop and maintain a regular route schedule to ensure timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote product sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked for customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to management.

- Ability to do multiple overnight stays throughout the week.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in route sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy products.
- Familiarity with sales software and basic computer skills.
