Join Novelty Inc., a national leader in fun, fast-moving general merchandise. We’re seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team in Greenfield, IN.

In this role, you’ll connect with existing customers, grow new business, and represent Novelty Inc. at major trade shows—all while selling some of the most in-demand products on the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales with existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Identify and pitch new business opportunities to regional and national retailers
• Handle customer returns and turn them into new sales
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain product organization and sales operations
• Represent Novelty Inc. at major industry trade shows and events
• Record and track leads, sales activity, and follow-ups using internal CRM systems

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or wholesale sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, CRM, order entry)
• Positive attitude and passion for selling
